Application:
The FDBU60-35 fire door bottom upgrade seal, allows existing Proprietary fire resistant doors with excessive and non-compliant door bottom clearances to be quickly & easily upgraded. The FDBU60-35 seal is suitable to seal gaps up to a maximum of 60mm under nominal 35mm Proprietary fire doors.
This seal is simply retrofitted to the bottom of the door without having to remove the door from its hinges. Aluminium end plates are also available to provide an aesthetic finish to this sealing application.
Approvals:
AS1530 Part 4 fire tests with Proprietary fire doors providing up to 2 hours fire resistance, in compliance with AS1905 Part 1.
