Kilargo will be upgrading the business’s ERP and CRM software in the coming months. This will support improvements in our operational efficiency and functionality while enabling us to maintain the high quality of service to our customers.
The changes will commence in October 2019, with our go-live date for ERP and CRM on the 1st November 2019.
There are some important changes that you will need to be aware of:
- Your account number will change, a new account number will be issued to you in advance of our go-live date.
- Orders received and acknowledged in October with a dispatch date in November, will be uploaded to the new ERP system and issued a new sales order number (different to original order acknowledgement).
Kilargo has taken a staged approach to minimise any disruption to our dispatch and service levels during the transition.
