Application:
The FDBU20 fire door bottom upgrade seal, allows existing Proprietary fire resistant doors with excessive and non-compliant door bottom clearances to be quickly & easily upgraded. The FDBU20 seal allows upgrading of both nominal 35mm thick (mini) & 45mm thick (maxi) fire doors and can accommodate gaps under doors of up to (and including) a maximum of 20mm.

Combinations of these seals meet the sealing requirements as per the BAL classifications of AS3959.
AS1530 Part 4 fire tests with Proprietary fire doors providing up to 2 hours fire resistance, in compliance with AS1905 Part 1.
