About the project:
South Beach is a mixed development, strategically located on Beach Road, just next to Singapore’s Central Business District. It comprises of designer hotel, luxury residences, offices and retail spaces. The original conserved historical building (formerly military building) is restored and forms part of the mixed development together with two new towers.
The simple & smart solution:
Selected seals were installed to assist with acoustic requirements to hotel guestrooms, conference & meeting rooms, residences as well as office areas.
